Margarita Castellanos (She/Her) is a Senior Partner at CASTELLANOS with over 20 years of experience advising national and foreign clients on intellectual property matters in Colombia; she’s equipped to handle any case for you.
With extensive experience and education in the field of law, Margarita specialized in trademarks, patents, industrial designs, copyrights, and regulatory law. She has a passion for fulfilling client needs and expectations. Her goal is not just to prosecute your intellectual property but to take time to work with you, to find the result that better meets your needs and expectations. To make her clients happy, she cares about their situation and finds the right approach to meet their goal in intellectual property protection.
Margarita is tri-lingual, speaking English, French, and Spanish fluently.
Outside of spending time with clients, you can find Margarita on the tennis court every morning, bright and early! It’s a passion she picked up late in life and prides herself on being a great partner on the court, just as she prides herself on being a great partner at CASTELLANOS!
